Our misson-style inn was built in 1929- catering to well-to-do guests traveling between New York and Arizona. The painter- Georgia OKeeffe- lived here for six months during the 1940s- working in the only third story room. All 97 rooms are delightfully decorated with hand-carved furniture and Mexican tiled bathrooms. Accent rugs- pottery lamps- vigas- tin light fixtures as well as televisions and phones enhance each room. Many rooms have kiva fireplaces that add a warm romantic feel to the room.
